Fees

My practice is self-pay as I am not on any health insurance panels.  However, if your health insurance carrier allows you to choose an out-of-network provider Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Please call me to discuss my current fee. I do offer limited sliding scale appointments based on income and ability to pay. If you need a reduced fee, please let me know. If I am unable to accommodate your financial situation, I will try my best to assist you in finding appropriate referrals.
